About the event
Come As You Are is a men's group that was formed in 2022 which held bi-weekly meetings where a group of guys got together for a workout and a chance to connect on a deeper level. After a bit of a break, many from the group have asked to bring these meetings back. So here we are.
Here to challenge old standards of beliefs of men, and give men an actual opportunity to explore what it is like to have a safe space to connect with other men who feel their missing deeper bonds and community from their friendships.
Our group welcomes everyone and strives to foster an inclusive environment. We promote open discussion and dialogue, provided it remains respectful to all, including those not present. Given the current hostile climate, we welcome all men to join us, but we have a firm zero-tolerance policy for any form of hate…
